Aye, the spot was real cozy, like I felt at home or somethin'. Staff was mad friendly, helped us out with extra pillows when we asked. Breakfast spread was good too. Only thing that coulda been better was the towels—had to ask for more since we booked for four. Overall, I ain’t complainin'.

The twin room was comfortable with large, cozy beds that allowed us to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast selection was basic but satisfying, featuring classic Japanese options and a cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the Bookshop Cafe, which offered complimentary drinks and a nice space to unwind.

The Comfort Hotel offered a very safe and convenient location, just a short walk to various transport options, including the JR station in 16 minutes and a local train station in 2 minutes. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a breakfast buffet that included multiple dishes and a waffle bar. Helpful staff further enhanced the experience, making it feel like a four-star establishment.

WiFi connectivity was weak at times.

We explored Matsuyama Castle and enjoyed the local street food. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the free bikes were a nice touch for getting around. Plus, the kitchen facilities were a lifesaver for late-night snacks.

However, getting a taxi in the early morning was a hassle. we had to walk with our luggage to a nearby stand, which was inconvenient.

the hotel was clean, I’ll give it that. But breakfast was horrible, people bursting in line like it was Black Friday, and staff spoke hardly any English. honestly, for all this fuss, I expected a complimentary upgrade, but nope. I almost wrote a good review until realizing they don’t know how to manage a crowd or their staff. geez.

Parking was confusing, requiring some puzzle-solving and additional effort to figure out, especially for those who aren't fluent in Japanese. Reception requests like car relocation felt poorly timed and could have been handled better upon check-in.

It is a well-equipped hotel with a spacious room and proximity to Matsuyama Castle, and an inviting Bookshop Cafe!
